The Parish Council acknowledges and respects your right to privacy and we take that responsibility very seriously.
Any personal information you send us via our website is kept securely and we will never divulge your personal information to other organisations, unless the Parish Council is compelled by law or to satisfy a specific request you have made of us.
Any personal information you voluntarily send us may be kept for as long as necessary to allow us to track the actions your comments may have caused us to take. When that purpose is complete, we undertake to delete permanently any and all information we hold about you. Any information you send us via this website is not encrypted.
Along with other analytic data, we keep a record of which web pages have been visited to allow us to monitor the overall use of the site, but the Parish Council does not collect data capable of identifying you or any other user.
